Description

The thermostatic expansion valve or TXV, is a very important device for the air conditioning systems and refrigeration. It contains the valve, sensing bulb and a small copper capillary. The TXV helps regulate the rate of refrigerant flows into the evaporator, which separate the different pressure of the system. The pressure of the liquid line is reduced when the TXV limits the amount of refrigerant entering the evaporator.
